Ideas.....

Hi All

I thought I would update my blog while I get a chance. Busy at work today setting up all our social networking sites for the firm. Sharon seems to be getting the hang of it quite quickly and I would also like to say she is being hugely supportive with fundraising ideas! So a HUGE thank you to her! If anyone else has any fundraising ideas or would like to help with the ideas we already have, than I would be so grateful.....just send me a quick e-mail! Or, leave a comment on my blog...I'm sure to read it!

Anyway, ideas we have had so far....quiz night, charity auction, fashion show, calendar! So fingers crossed we can get some good things organised quite soon!

Of course, I would not be able to do this without help from all my lovely friends, one I must mention is Lucy Davenport! She is a super photographer based in Bledington and she specialises in fashion and wedding photography. I haven't mentioned about the charities we will be supporting yet. As I am going to Peru with a group of surveyors from around the country, we will be supporting a mixture of charities.

We will all be donating half of our money raised to Lionheart, a benevolent fund set up to support surveyors in times of need and their families. As well as Lionheart, each region of surveyors can choose a local charity to support. At the moment, the South West region are still undecided as to their local charity. I will keep you updated, but if you have any suggestions please let me know!
