It's all coming together!

Hi Guys

There is about a month to go until the Fashion Show!

I was in the Cotswold Journal last week. They did a little piece on my trek along the Inca Trail and decided to include the most awful photo of me with some walking boots! I think it looked terrible, so I am afraid it will not be making its way onto this blog!

I am getting a little nervous about the fashion show now as there still seems to be so much to do!

The photo to the left is the one I am using for all the posters for the event. It was taken by an amazing photographer friend of mine! Lucy Davenport is fantastic and specialises in fashion and wedding photography! This picture was taken on a shoot in Oxford and I am thrilled that Lucy is helping me with the event and will be there on the night! If anyone wants a shoot with her or may be interested in working with her then have a word with her on the night of the fashion show and I am sure she would be delighted to help you!!!

The confirmed companies taking part in the fashion show are:

Dressed upto the 9's - online dress hire company who have absolutely beautiful dresses and are definitely worth looking at if you have a special event coming up!

Foundation - a local company with shops in Stow and Cheltenham who sell beautiful clothes and homewares

Cotswold Frock Shop - evening and wedding dress shop in Stow-on-the-Wold. If you are looking for a wedding dress I suggest you pay them a visit!!

Qetty Bang Bang - a boutique in Tetbury which sells some stunning vintage style clothes and accesories

Law & Co - another boutique based in Stow which sells womens clothing and vintage homewares

I am also in touch with L K Bennett and hopefully we will be including a section of their clothes too!

I am still in desperate need of dressers for the night, donations for goody bags and may be models still!!!

I am really hoping thsi event will be really good and raise a good amount of money for Marie Curie Cancer Care and Lionheart!

I keep thinking this is the easy part.........I still have the Inca Trail to trek along next year!

If anyone at all would like to help or attend the event then just get in touch!

Tel: 07814 684424 or 01451 812824(direct line at work) or 01451 844084 (home)

Tickets are £15 which includes a drinks reception before the show.

I am also still trying to get lots for the charity auction in September. If you or anyone you know could donate a lot to the auction I would be hugely grateful. Remember, this is all for charity and the more money we can raise the better!

Hope you all have a fantastic Easter weekend and will update you early next week!
